Did You Just Join?
CCBill can take 3-5 minute to add usernames to the password file on the site. If you just joined and your username doesn't work immediately after joining. Wait 5-6 minutes as CCBill keeps trying to add your username. If you keep trying and CCBill hasn't had a chance to update ChaosMen, you will get blocked for 30 minutes, despite the fact CCBill eventually got your credentials added.

PLEASE NOTE! If you try logging in 3 times with incorrect information, you will be blocked from entering for 30-90 minutes, even if you figure out your login info. So before you try the third time, hop on over to CCBill and double check your username and password.

    CCBill allows you to manage your membership and to lookup your login information. Click here to hop on over to CCBill's website. Once there, you will need two of three bits of information to manage your membership.

      1. Email address you joined with.
      2. Credit card number you joined with.
      3. Subscription number. (I guess if you had this, ya'd have the email with the username/password too ~wink~)

    If you do not have any of this information,I can look it up for you, but I have to have your login name to look ya up. But try managing it yourself. Many people have multiple memberships within CCBill, and you can manage all your memberships with this interface.
